MBSR stands for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
During the eight weeks of the MBSR program, participants are given the tools
necessary to create personal lifestyle changes that are profound and long lasting.
Over 10 years of medical research has demonstrated the effectiveness of this program to increase
quality of life.
No previous experience is required. Beginners are very welcome.
