Weekly Relaxation Yoga classes are the place to let go
of tension and build flexibility.
On Tuesdays 12 to 1pm, Relaxation Yoga is in Boston near South Station.
On Mondays 6:30 to 7:45pm, Relaxation Yoga is in Medford just off of Route 93.

MBSR stands for Mindfulness Based
Stress Reduction.
During the eight weeks of the MBSR program, participants are given the tools
necessary to create personal lifestyle changes that are profound and long lasting.
Over 10 years of medical research has demonstrated the effectiveness of this program to increase
quality of life.
No previous experience is required. Beginners are very welcome.
This Intensive changes lives because it requires a committment of time and energy. It is much more than a simple class.
The Intensive meets each week
for two hours.
In addition to weekly meetings, each participant must commit to 1 hour of homework every day for all eight weeks. The
homework is flexible and can be broken into segments of 10 to 30 minutes.
This Intensive is for you if you are serious about creating a new strategy for health.
